A rapidly expanding marine defence business who have recently won numerous influential projects within defence market are actively looking to recruit a Supplier Quality Engineer.

As a Supplier Quality Engineer you'll be responsible for approval of all purchase parts which will include the following activities:
* Part approval submission process.
* New product introduction.
* Supplier development.
* Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques including 5S, root cause analysis and 6 sigma.
* Audit Management.

As a Supplier Quality Engineer you must have experience of the following:
* Knowledge of the following standards - ISO9001/AS9001 and Defence experience.
* Supplier audit and approvals
* A strong understanding of quality management systems.
