HR Recruitment Consultant
£32,000 - £35,000 p/a Basic Salary

Our client is a boutique agency who are a leading specialist focused solely on the supply of mid professionals within Humans Resources, Finance, Procurement and executive search. Established over 10 years the company offers a relaxed culture with no KPIs and focusing on service and outcomes. They provide a highly professional, tailored recruitment service to FTSE plcs and major brands, all from their London and Bristol offices.
The role
The ideal candidate would have access to the companys extensive internal database, with a warm desk and live roles to ensure a successful transition period. Business development would be expected to develop your desk further.
As you would be working within a modern boutique agency you will be supplied the latest equipment in order to work to your fullest potential, with LinkedIn Recruiter, personally iPad, fully expended iPhone and Broadbean Software, to access the most effective job boards.
In addition, you will be working within a mature culture, with 15+ experienced colleagues. Work life balance is huge within the company with working hours being 9-5.30 pm. This role would not suit a recruiter who enjoys KPI structure and a Cliché environment with a hierarchy.
The ideal Candidate
You will have a strong track record of achievement in your previous and must be organised and able to work autonomously. You must be self-motivated.
Experience as a recruitment consultant is essential, HR/Finance or other professional sector recruitment experience is desirable. You should also be a well presented, credible individual with strong communication skills.
You must be durable with not only building and developing relationships to further expand the business but with identifying new business opportunities. A good understanding of the industry is essential as you will be joining an existing desk.
