Technical Co-ordinator

A Technical Co-ordinator is required for an Oxfordshire based developer.

You will be responsible for the co-ordination of external consultants to deliver residential developments, this includes the discharge of planning conditions, NHBC approvals and production of full working drawings and Deed plans.

Applicants will have a high level competence with current AutoCad software and hold a recognized qualification. You must have a clear understanding of current building regulations and other design standards including HQIs, Lifetime Homes, Secured by Design, Code for Sustainable Homes.
