Job Title: Estimator

Person Specification:

* The ideal candidate would have between 2 to 5 years' experience working with BS5950 and BS6399 (knowledge of Eurocodes, especially 1 & 3 would be an advantage) in an estimating / design office environment * Be able to produce quantities from drawings for quotations * Have commercial awareness * Be familiar with AutoCAD * Have the ability to form good working relationships with customers * Be well organized, self-motivated, professional and able to work under pressure * Be responsible for achieving objectives on own initiative, as well as part of a team * Be computer literate and able to communicate estimates and design * Have attention to detail and accuracy * Must be eligible to work in the UK

Key Responsibilities:

1 Management of projects through design and sales office
2 Design / estimate of cold rolled steel with the use of in-house software
3 Clearly communicate quotations / designs to customers
4 Provide support and advice to team of Area Sales Managers
