Regarded and innovative organisation with a significant presence in the 3D Instore Retail Displays and Experiential Environments arena seeks to appoint an outstanding Client Services Director to lead its small internal team & to manage the senior level interface with their major Clients.

As the Client Services Director, you will be naturally Client centric, with a proven and highly effective ability to lead, develop & enhance a committed Client Services team, whilst also nurturing, retaining and growing an array of existing Key Client stakeholders. Assigned in excess of £4M of existing account relationships, you will swiftly embed yourself as the main point of Client contact for the Business, maximising opportunities to develop those relationships and utilizing your expertise and experience to manage an array of demanding, complex and innovative projects across all of the service offering functions at your disposal.

Responsible for the successful and commercial evolution of the Key accounts and the additional focus on enhancing your teams ability to support the strategic sourcing and delivering of complimentary New Business opportunities from the wider market, it is imperative that you have both the practical knowledge and working connectivity in the Retail/Instore/Experiential Environments and Permanent Displays arena.

You must have excellent people engagement skills, be effective at motivating & influencing personnel at all levels, whilst being organised, self-disciplined and possessing an ability to set high standards of performance in the commitment to developing both external and internal service excellence with Clients, colleagues and peers alike. Equally, you will have a Sales and Business Development affinity, with a genuine capability to grow Revenue contribution across all areas of the Business.
