Regional Account Manager, £30K basic+commission

Do you want to broaden your horizon by working for 30 powerful B2B brands in the following crucial economic fields: manufacturing & engineering, retail& e-commerce, insurance &finance, construction & architecture, government authorities, digital transformation across all sectors!

They provide the companies that work in these areas with a full range of media and services such as databases, websites, magazines, trade shows, software, and events.

Due to continued success they are growing their sales team by hiring a REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER, UK (digital focus) Permanent contract, based in their London office.

The Role

You will work in the international sales department, which is a very dynamic business unit registering a two digit growth every year. Directly reporting to their UK Account Director, your mission is to develop new accounts within the UK, which want to communicate on the French market, while keeping in mind possible international campaigns that they are starting to propose thanks to their continuously growing network. Your clients are media and communication agencies buying on behalf of their accounts, or companies that deal with them directly, including multinational IT companies that decide their marketing strategy out of their UK office. You will advise them on the most appropriate brands, websites and campaigns that reach their target group best.

Our expectations

You need to be completely autonomous in the sales cycle
In order to succeed, you will need to identify market opportunities and then the decision maker, utilize a consultative sales approach to understand their needs and propose an appropriate campaign.
You will execute an ambitious sales action plan
You will regularly report on your activities and revenue progress
This position requires a great number of phone calls every day, as well as frequent travels within the UK for direct sales meetings
To start with, your focus will be on proactively generating new business that you will maintain the following years.
Your profile

If terms like programmatic buying, leaderboard, native advertising, CPL, CTR, impressions, IAB formats and behavioral marketing are part of your vocabulary and interests, then you will thrive in this role
You need to have 2-3 years of successful sales experience, ideally in a B2B environment understanding the digital ecosystem and functioning of advertising & digital agencies
Qualities that you should have to be a star for this role include being highly dynamic and determined to exceed your goals, as well as tenacious and convincing in order to overcome gatekeepers and successfully pitch to the decision markers.

Benefits: 30k basic+commission
