Role: Interim NPD Design Manager
Location: East Midlands
Day Rate: £300 - £350 / day
Contract: 3-6 Months

Our client is becoming a leading light in the horticulture market and are really looking to grow their business over the next few years. As a result they need to appoint a talented interim NPD Design Manager to help them develop new and exciting ranges to present to their customers and grow their business further.

Ideally you will be a trained florist, with a commercial eye for colour and style, but more importantly be able to be creative within a budget, as each of the products you will be developing will need to achieve a price point. Flower knowledge is imperative, also an understanding of sourcing and pricing will be helpful as this business looks to grow further within its market.
This role requires creative flair and the communication skills to present new ideas to customers as well as the NPD and Technical teams within the business.

Ideally we are seeking individuals with strong NPD skills within the FMCG sector. The commercial and creative acumen to create cost effective by highly desirable products. In addition to this the IT and overall systems skills to track issues, communicate with the procurement teams and manage stake holders is essential.
