We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for a prestigious company in the Exeter area, with a salary of £17,000pa and a great benefits package. Please see below for more information:

The Role:

A Customer Service Advisor is required to work within a well established insurance company in Exeter. The successful candidate will be the first link in the delivery of a first class customer experience and are expected to build rapport and confidence with all callers.

Skills and Knowledge:

* Previous customer service experience within a busy service centre environment or similar is highly desirable for this role
* Previous Insurance experience beneficial
* A confident person who can express yourself clearly by telephone
* You like to be busy at work and look forward to dealing with many varied queries & questions
* You have the ability to absorb and retain information with the desire to provide the very best service to all your customers
* You are a team player, and understand the need to get on with others at all levels in a professional setting
* You thrive on personal development and training as it brings the best out of you.
