Our client is looking for Supervisor to assist the Brasserie Manager during the lead up and re-opening of their refurbished Brasserie.
They are AA 5 red star rated, have 4 rosettes.
They are looking for a passionate individual who will enjoy the challenge of supporting the set up, running and training of the team for this exciting new project.
We are looking for :
Current / previous experience working as a Supervisor / Assistant Restaurant Manager in a fast paced hospitality environment.
Excellent guest service skills with a background of exceeding and maintaining the guests expectations
Current experience managing a strong team of waiters and floor staff
This is an F&B role but will also have a close link with Front of House and Spa
You will deliver with total passion and commitment to excellence and maximum attention to detail
Excellent standard of written and spoken English
An engaging personality, able to communicate at all levels in a professional manner
Immaculate personal presentation
The ability to coach and lead the team in the absence of the Brasserie Manager
The role is available immediately.
