Production Engineer / Process Engineer

Degree Qualified

£30K - £35K

Experienced Production Engineer is required to be based in Worksop. You will have experience in production and manufacturing within plastics ideally. We need a candidate with a strong background in processes and driving improvements.

You must have experience in developing best practices within the production process to optimise output, yield, cost and quality.

Responsibilities of Production Manager

Evaluate and improve on processes in manufacturing

Ensure plant is designed for safety

Audit the manufacturing processes

Find solutions to production issues

Become technical expertise on the manufacturing process

Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing processes

Develop and implement systems

Advise on corrective actions.

Experience

Working as a Production Engineer / Process Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer

Knowledge of Plastics is ideal

Problem solving

Lean manufacturing

Data Analysis and maths

Ingenuity and creativity

BSc Engineering
