Our Client looking for an experienced 5* Spa Manager to lead their team, providing a smooth spa operation and ensuring that guest satisfaction is delivered at all times. You will create spa budgets and ensure profitability of the spa operation. Their two main product houses are Natura Bisse which offers the highest quality ritual treatments and Ila our local 'beyond organic range of facial and body products. You will work with the Executive Head Chef and Food & Beverage Manager to develop and deliver high standards in the spa lounge and you will coach and train your team to the highest level. You will have a full understanding and working knowledge of Premier Spa. You will be knowledgeable around other systems such as micros and Suite 8
They are a Michelin starred luxury property in a beautiful part of the Wiltshire countryside.

Skills and experience
Experience of managing a spa within a similar property
Excellent guest service skills and an understanding of the service delivery expected by clients of a 5 star hotel.
Experience of premier spa reception and other systems
Immaculate presentation and self-confidence
Approachable and reliable
Initiative, assertiveness, diplomacy, sensitivity and respect for one-self and others.
Excellent communication skills on every level
A natural leader with excellent coaching and training skills
