Our client is looking for a commercially strong candidate with events experience to lead their Food and Beverage operation. This is a key role leading our teams in our Fine Dining Room, Brasserie, and the Bar whilst also overseeing their conference facilities.

Their Michelin starred Executive Head Chef, offers his tasting menu with the introduction of dishes that mix the contemporary with the classics and occasional Asian influence.

They are AA 5 red star rated and have 4 rosettes.

Skills and experience
Commercially strong with current / previous experience working as F & B Manager in a similar property
Experience of Michelin level service
Excellent guest service skills with a background of exceeding and maintaining guest expectations.
Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry
Current experience developing a strong team of waiters and floor staff
Primarily an F&B role but will also have close links with Front of House and Spa
Be able to deliver total passion and commitment to excellence with maximum attention to detail
Excellent standard of written and spoken English
Excellent communication skills on every level
High level of personal presentation and self confidence
