We have incredible full time opportunity for an experience Respite and Short Breaks Manager working in a beautiful modern, well equipped and expansive unit for Children of all ages.

The employer is recognised as the pinnacle in childrens care and provides an incomparable service to the children they support.

You will be working in conjunction with the registered care manager to deliver exceed the short breaks service goals as well as managing the bursary scheme, conduct assessments, develop proposals, undertake on call duties and promote the safeguarding and welfare of the children and young people at the service

As such you will be second to none the delivery of your care and the knowledge and experience you posses. We are looking for intensely dedicated, motivated and infallibley kind people to join a team like no other!

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Level 5 award in Management or equivalent
Experience working in respite and short breaks
Appropriate safeguarding qualifications
Extensive knowledge working with people with learning disabilities and complex needs
Previous experience of management in a care setting
Knowledge of CQC standards and OFSTED Minimum standards in Children`s homes
