OneCall24 are now supporting a private mental health group in Surrey and are in need of more experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses for shift work and block bookings. You will play an essential role in supporting service users with mental health disabilities, promoting their independence and protecting their dignity. Your support will help clients to interact with friends, family and the local community. The post holder will also be expected to assist and support in the development of the service, and have a positive and dynamic approach, be able to demonstrate care and compassion and Trust values. The post at times involves working in challenging situations and requires sound communication and interpersonal skills. Team working skills and an ability to engage with service users in a therapeutic manner are essential. Working in partnership with the service user, carers and healthcare professional are central and key to this post.
Key Responsibilities:
Adopting a systemic, individual approach to all patient care plans and communicate the outcomes to the clinical team both verbally and in writing, ensuring all CPA and risk assessment documentation is kept up to date
Ensuring effective communications of any concerns relating to patient care
Managing the assessment, implementation and evaluation of individual patient care plans while promoting a professional working environment to ensure a high standard of patient care

Ability and willingness to use initiative
Works flexibly and as part of a team
Good written and verbal English language and communication skills
Customer focussed
Computer skills basic level

Desirable
Full Driving Licence

Price / Salary: £20 - £28/hour
