Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Job Type: 12 months' fixed term contract

Location: Kenilworth

Salary: £18,000 per annum

Hours: Shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday (35 hours/week)

Our client is an organisation representing their members all over Great-Britain. They focus on supporting the public and influencing to achieve the best possible results in their sector. They are now looking to expand their team by recruiting a customer service advisor. The purpose of this role will be to support the organisations' members with any queries and offer support and advice. This is an awesome opportunity for a customer service focused individual who is confident on the phone, to join a friendly team within a widely recognised and well-respected employer in the region.

Main responsibilities:

* Dealing with phone enquiries and providing further support where needed
* Assisting in the retention and renewal of memberships
* Identifying and acting upon with cross-selling opportunities
* Building rapport with the customers, and conduct customer research
* Working to Service Level Agreements (SLA's), deadlines and targets
* Feeding back to all departments regarding the regular questions that are being received, so improvements can be made to systems and websites

Key skills and experience:

* Previous experience of phone-based customer service including inbound and outbound calls
* Highly customer service focused and passionate about quality of service
* Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills
* Confident user of IT including Microsoft Office
* Ability to discuss and explain information clearly to a variety of customers
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Previous experience using internal online systems or CRM systems would be advantageous

Additional Information:

* Due to the company's location it is essential to have a driver's licence and access to a car.
