Opportunity:

A market leading creative advertising agency is recruiting a Media Sales Executive with experience of telesales and B2B sales to join a business near Kidlington, Oxfordshire.

This business offer a full creative service, spanning both traditional printed material and digital marketing. From branding and identity, graphic design, illustration and animation, through to account management, in-house production and distribution, these guys deliver experience, creativity and support for print and digital needs.

Stemming a number of industries and opportunities from advertising at Wembley Stadium to UK theatres, these guys are a leader within their field and therefore seek a vibrant salesperson with the ability to take the role to new heights!

This opportunity would suit a sales person looking to take the next step in their career journey with a view to longer-term growth. Whilst experience is merely desirable, personality outweighs sales experience! Equally, a genuine interest in forging a career within sales is of foremost importance to your longer-term success.

As part of the Media Sales team you will be tasked with generating new business by way of introducing customers through LinkedIn, email, calls or face to face meetings (where appropriate). Whilst this opportunity is sales oriented, ultimately a huge personality, genuine sense of humour, friendly smile and a friendly telephone manner and the ability to push through a sale is of foremost importance.

The successful applicant will be a salesperson with a genuine interest in advertising. The role is predominantly office based with a view to developing new business via cold calling, LinkedIn and attending networking events in a bid to develop lasting business relationships.

A track record of hitting targets is of foremost importance. Upon reaching targets there is a generous company commission scheme in place.
