Service Manager - Nursing and Residential Service

Salary £42,300 + Benefits
Full Time - 35 hours per week

Remit
Compass Associates are proud to be working with one of the largest disability charities in the UK, to recruit for a Service Manager. The successful candidate will be joining a non profit leading organisations, who deliver a high quality service to adults with Physical Disabilities and Nursing needs, to promote independence and positively impact the lives of disabled people.
My client desires a Service Manager to hold and maintain registration for this 46 bed service and can provide management, guidance and supervision to the service and achieve optimum performance from the team.

The Candidate
This role is an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager who is looking for an exciting new challenge.
Within this role, you will be responsible for:
* Maintaining registration
* Providing leadership and supervision
* Manage the recruitment process and on-going training
* To ensure policies and procedures are adhered to
* Manage budgets

Requirements
The successful candidate will need:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care
* Recognised Nursing or Social Care Qualification and Registration
* Experience of operating in a supervisory or managerial capacity within a care environment

Location
The service is located near to Guildford and is easily accessible via the A3 from London or Portsmouth.
