We are seeking a Team Manager for our Commercial Broking Client.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build their career in a successful, profitable and growing team.

You will already have good Insurance Claims knowledge and great interpersonal skills, with the aptitude to lead and motivate people around you.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Supervision of a team of Claims Handlers
* Ensure that the team are hitting their Key Performance Indicators and manage all resourcing issues
* Deliver regular reviews to the team and set performance objectives
* Inspire the team to deliver exceptional results
* Manage any staffing issues should standards fall or performance related issues occur
* Provide on the job training and technical assistance when required
* Prepare monthly report of MI on all aspects of the team's activity
* Provide an efficient first point of contact to customers

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

* Good all round Commercial Claims knowledge
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Strong people management ability
* Strength under pressure while maintaining quality standards
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to provide advice and guidance, both internally and externally

Price / Salary: £35000 - £45000/annum
