Projects Location: London and Home Counties (some projects National)

Salary: Negotiable experience dependant, with Quarterly Productivity Bonus (based on a% of individual/department job profits), own Car with mileage allowance.

Reporting to the Operations Director and working for Principle Contracts Manager (Commercial Projects), the Electrical Project Manager will ensure successful execution and completion of the Electrical Installation Projects ranging in size from £10k - £750k. Usually several concurrently, meeting defined timescales, quality standards and commercial objectives while maintaining excellent working relationships with our established clients.

We have been trading for over 30 years and have a very strong client base. Much of our work is design and build office, restaurant and high end residential fit out. Other work includes traditional tender and build projects.

Working closely with our clients, our existing lively and motivated office team, subcontractors, and suppliers and our Principle Contracts Manager (Commercial Projects), he / she will price and manage projects, usually from cradle to grave, from taking client brief/receiving tender enquiry, through feasibility, engineering, estimating, to construction, commissioning, handover and final account, including all H & S supervision and paper work. Ensuring that it is driven to provide the best value solutions, and delivered on time and within budget and to the clients complete satisfaction.

Appropriately qualified, the successful candidate will have experience at similar level in the building services industry. He/she will normally live within 45 minutes commuting time from our purpose built whole owned Tunbridge Wells office, where he/she will be based, and be willing to travel reasonable distances to visit sites by train or car. He/she will be willing and able to approach our well established customer base to initiate future enquires and projects.
