The Company:

The company have been established since 2002 and specialise in new build, master planning and refurbishment of Grade I and II listed and historic buildings within the prime central London locations including Chelsea, Kensington, Belgravia and Mayfair with a passion for classical and vernacular architecture. The typical refurbishment is valued from £1m to £10m and new build from £5m - £40m for both private clients and developers.

The close-knit team of 22 staff enjoy social activities such as volleyball, bowling and karaoke with subsidised food and drink, sensible working hours and a discretionary annual bonus.

The Position:

This role will be focussed on running projects from inception through to completion. Working alongside the Associate, you should expect to be involved in all aspects of design and delivery. Not only will this be a client facing role but you will be overseeing a technical team and liaising onsite. Other responsibilities will include;

- Meeting the client and taking a full brief
- Developing the concept
- Feasibility studies
- Pitching ideas back to the client
- Producing working drawings and construction details
- Checking drawings produced by the technical team
- Progressing the project and coordinating onsite
