Prestige Recruitment Specialists are currently recruiting for an experienced HR professional for our client based in Dereham.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Professional to join our client an artisan fresh produce company This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Generalist HR Professional who wants to develop their career in a supportive and busy environment.

About the Role:

This is a full generalist HR Professional role and requires someone who has worked in an SME environment and is experienced in Recruitment, Policy and Procedure, Compliance, Employment Law, Coaching and Developing Managers. The successful candidate will also have experience in managing a variety Employee Relations cases along with the ability to identify seasonal ER trends to offer support and guidance to staff.

Our Client

Our client has progressively grown their market share, with fresh produce. This site operates across a varied shift patterns and has a mix of permanent and temporary staff on site.

Skills and Experience

Ideally CIPD level 5 qualified or able to demonstrate a sound HR background, level 3 will also be accepted.
A clear and confident communicator
Good working knowledge of UK employment legislation regarding employment
Previous generalist HR experience at a similar level.
An understanding of payroll would be of advantage
Previously worked with Agencies
