Year 3 & PPA Teacher Required for Junior School in Hounslow

An Ofsted rated 'Outstanding' School are currently recruiting for a Year 3 teacher for a long term position starting in January which has the possibility of becoming permanent. This is an exciting role for a teacher who is looking to progress in their career and potentially move into a management role in the future.

This larger than average school works very much within a team environment, there is no sole planning and there is the opportunity to learn onsite CPD.

You will be teaching the Year 3 class 2 days a week and PPA, 3 days a week. Within the Year 3 class, there is a higher than average amount of children with SEND, however there are 1:1 TA's to assist you with this. PPA will cover all year groups within the junior school, so flexibility will be required in relation to teaching these classes. There will be some team planning involved with the Year 3 class.

To be successful in your application you must

* Hold a recognised teaching qualification with QTS (NQT's welcome)
* Have gained recent teaching experience within a school setting
* Possess in depth understanding of the Year 3 curriculum.
* Be confident in working with both children and adults
* Looking for a temp to perm role.
* Have an innovative and creative approach to the curriculum,.
* Have the ability to enhance and develop children's learning
* Have the ability to monitor and complete essential assessments.
