Our client is a leading FM company and they are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Lead engineer/Supervisor to join an established team of 5 on a large estate in the Kensington area. This is very much a Hands on role that will develop in to more of a supervisory/management type role in the future. Candidates should be proactive and come from a technical background.
Your role
Working on a prestigious corporate contract you will supervise the dedicated engineering team. Youll be responsible for the service delivery of all planned and reactive engineering tasks within the scope of the London portfolio. This role is a working Supervisors role that includes PPMs and Reactive works in addition to supporting the management team when required. Working Monday Friday on a 8am-5pm/9am-6pm. On soite, there are a number of events during the year so there will be plenty of options for overtime.
About you
My client is looking for someone who has worked as a lead engineer or engineering supervisor within FM. You will have experience of all aspects of engineering maintenance, preferably from an electrical or HVAC background. Ideally you will also have corporate/Commercial engineering maintenance experience.
In terms of qualifications youll have served a recognised apprenticeship in HVAC, electrical or equivalent subject. If youre multi skilled even better
