The Organisation:

My client, a well-established print and marketing services company, operating within the property sector, are looking for a technical support agent to join their team.

The Role:

With a range of systems and programs, it will be your responsibility to support in a variety of areas, from ordering to file issues. Youll join an established, expanding team, working alongside professionals to train, demonstrate different platforms and e-commerce sites, along with providing technical assistants by troubleshooting and offering effective solutions.

The Individual:

Able to accurately identify issues with Word and PDF artwork, and offer resolutions.
Used to demonstrating systems and programs to new and existing customers
Assisting customers with training and ensuring they understand the online ordering process
Technically minded, and able to manage a workload in a fast paced and target driven environment
Able to apply your full knowledge of the companys services
Able to communicate and liaise with both internal and external teams to ensure customers understand any new system updates

Additional:

In return, youll be rewarded with a great starting salary ranging from £20000 to £23000 dependent on your personal experience.
