Due to the growth of our business, Future Personnel has openings for both experienced Recruitment Consultants and Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our successful team.

Based in our newly refurbished Croydon office, you will receive ongoing training and support to enable you to successfully recruit for the commercial businesses across Surrey and the South East.

Your role with Future Personnel will involve:
Generating new business.
Meeting prospective clients.
Sourcing new candidates.
Meeting and screening prospective candidates.
Attending recruitment fairs and registering new candidates.
