Excellent role on offer for an experienced Installation/Service Manager, looking to join a market leading company where you will have full autonomy for the service and maintenance department and help to grow the company into new sectors.

Are you a strong man manager? Do you have a security background?

This company have over 60 years' experience of designing, installing and maintaining security systems such as door entry, access control and CCTV products.

They mainly work in the retro-fit and new build markets. The business has excellent growth plans which would see the Installation manager play a vital role in helping expand the company.

This role is strongly focussed on man management, implementing and improving processes, dealing with revenues and profit, handling the customer service arm and contractors required for completion of projects. You will have 3 direct reports and subcontracts that will report into you.

This role would suit an experienced Installation Manager from a security background, you will have proven track record with man management and project management.

The Role:

*Day to day management of maintenance department
*Managing financial performance, health and safety, and customer service
*Helping to grow team, department and company
*£40,000-£45,000 + Bonus (£5k) + High end Car + Healthcare + Pension + Training + Benefits

The person:

*Must live in commutable distance to North West London, Harrow
*Must have security industry experience
*Must be a strong man manager
