Land Coordinator - New Build Housing
Location: North East
Salary: Up to £40k (depending on experience)

The role:
To assist and support in the pro-active sourcing, management and progression of land and partnership opportunities in line with the Regional Business Strategy.
To understand, implement and adhere to SHEQ policy and strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Assist and support to identify, assess and progress potential land and partnership opportunities suitable for the business, in accordance with our client's Quality Management System.
- Provide support in regards to managing, writing and coordinating bid responses.
- Assist in legal agreement negotiations on projects with clients and solicitors.
- Assist with the delivery of Community Engagement & Investment projects throughout the Region.
- Ensure that files in relation to the Quality Management System and key legal documents are correctly stored and updated.
- Preparation and production of regular updates and reports as required by the Head of the Department.

- Able to operate effectively across other departments
- Able to multi-task, prioritise and have good time management skills
- Ability to produce clear and accurate reports
