A well run and established fast track fit out contractor based in the London are currently seeking a Site Manager to work on a recently secured contract.

The requirement is for someone who has extensive experience in being able to run office interior fit-out projects up to £1m in value. As a Site Manager you will be a driver of a project whilst keeping a close eye on detail.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience delivering a high quality product while planning and driving it to successful completion. A solid track record is required and someone who has the ability to manage a project from inception to completion and have an appreciation of the commercial aspects of running a site. You will also be a driver of a project whilst keeping a close eye on detail.

A valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificate is required for this role.

This is a long term opportunity for someone and is being offered on a permanent basis.
