My client are a leading tour operator in Surrey who are looking for a Cruise Travel Consultant to join a successful and friendly team which will offer a basic salary plus incentives, full training and benefits.

CRUISE TRAVEL CONSULTANT JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Convert Sales enquiry calls into bookings using the in-house reservation system
* Speaking to direct customer and travel agents concerning new and existing cruise holidays
* Handle any air enquiry using CRS Amadeus and the in house system
* Make travel amendments and payments
* Offering excellent customer service
* Work towards personal and team KPI's targets

CRUISE TRAVEL CONSULTANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Must have strong travel industry experience from a call centre or travel agency
* Must be a Strong and clear communicator with an excellent telephone manner
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
* Flexible to work a range of shift patterns and weekends
* Ability to work well as part of a Team, dedicated and flexible
* A proactive and tenacious self-starter, with the confidence to manage own tasks
* Strong relationship building skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
* Enthusiastic and a passion for travel
* Hard working, driven individual

SALARY PACKAGE:
The successful candidate can expect a basic salary in the region of £16,000 - £18,000 OTE in the region of £25k!! This company offer their employees a fabulous benefits scheme which even includes a free annual cruise. You will be working on a shift pattern so weekends and evenings will be worked on a regular basis.
