Job Title - Customer Service Team Leader

Salary - £22940k pa

Hours - Monday - Saturday - shifts between 8.30am - 7pm. 5 days a week. Rostered Saturdays and Bank Holidays

Location - Haywards Heath

Duration - Permanent

My client, a well-established and successful company based in central Haywards Heath are seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

* Assisting the supervisor you will play a part in managing the day-to-day issues within your team
* You will be responsible for quality control and monitoring employee performance providing coaching where required
* You'll motivate your team to achieve the best results in line with company guidelines
* You'll develop and maintain positive relationships with all internal departments and external 3rd parties

The Person

* People management experience an advantage
* Customer services experience
* Excellent communication skills
* IT literacy
* Time management and prioritisation skills

This role would suit someone who has Team Leader experience in a contact centre environment.
