Customer Service Completion Advisor
This position will be based in Basingstoke.
Key Responsibilities:
* To ensure effective processing and accurate inputting of all operational paperwork for financial and compliance requirements using the business systems through the main administration processes
* Effective review and management of tasks in progress, providing operational Management Team relevant information on unresolved problem jobs to enable them to identify the relevant actions to bring these to completion.
* Ensuring all compliance certification is correctly completed and processed to the appropriate method of recording the certificate
* Chase internal & external resource for all paperwork relating to PPM, Quoted and service works
* High levels of communication with the engineers, customers, Customer Service Centre and Contract Managers
* Effective review and management of tasks in progress, providing operational Management Team relevant information on unresolved problem jobs to enable them to identify the relevant actions to bring these to completion.
* Provide reports on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to the Operational team current and aged work in progress.
* Escalate non-standard queries to the Team Manager.
* Knowledge of SLA's and KPI's in line with the contract
* Reviewing and processing appropriately tasks returned from the internal & external resource team that have been completed in error
* Review completed tasks and amend where required time records completed in error by the internal resource team
* Provide excellent customer service to maintain positive customer relations through effective communications and delivery of service in accordance with customer requirements. Ensure that Kier Core Values are enforced.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrable accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Reliable and ability to get on with others, with excellent verbal reasoning skills
* Experience of daily interaction and workload management of internal and external resource
* Co-ordination and Planning skills - excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
* Customer Care - Capable of delivering results and meeting customer expectations
* Commercially aware with a clear focus on high quality and control of cost
* Self-motivated, tenacious and result-oriented with a positive outlook
* Relationship building skills - in particular to be a self-starter willing to take the initiative when necessary and excellent ability to work well within a team structure, and support and guide team members as required
* Ability to work on own initiative to a high level of accuracy and to meet deadline.
Desirable
* A knowledge of the hard services and facilities management sectors
* An understanding of SFG20
* IOSH Supervising Safely or equivalent qualification
