Customer Service Manager- Pumps

Salary: £40,000 + Car or Car Allowance + Bonus + Pension

Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire

Seeking a strong Customer Service Manager to join a well-established pump manufacturer, in aid of developing and managing all customer service related issues within the Engineering department. The successful Customer Service Manager will play a key role in the business, being heavily involved in making decisions to improve the customer service department. With the recent investments made,
the company are going from strength to strength, the successful applicant will not only benefit from a fantastic package on offer but also have the flexibility to implement new ideas and processes.

Skills required for the Customer Service Manager:

· The Customer Service Manager will have excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with customers daily

· To be consider for this Customer Service Manager having previous experience of running a busy Customer Service department will be advantageous

· Strong client relationship management skills are a necessity

· Previous Managerial experience is imperative for this Customer Service Manager role

· Commutable to Hemel Hempstead
