I am currently recruiting for a fantastic software company based in Oxforshire who are actively looking for a Development Manager to take control of the day to day running of the development team.

I am looking for a senior development manager to operate in a hands off capacity adhering to and driving Agile methodologies and workflows across the team. You need to be well versed in Agile to be the champion of the team ensuring the methodology is adhered to for the digital delivery.

The ideal candidate needs to have:

* Excellent coaching and communication skills with a track record of developing teams and individuals
* Experience influencing approaches to delivery as a scrum master
* Demonstrate experience of building agile teams
* Good customer orientation and commercial awareness
* An agile qualification
* Experience of managing a team of software developers, sys admin, testers, data scientists and DBA's
* Knowedge of web and digital projects

This role would suit someone coming from a busy digital delivery background where you are used to juggling and managing multiple projects of differing sizes at the same time. It is a fast paced environment where you will liaise with multiple stakeholders which will also give you a great opportunity to lay a mark down within this fantastic organization.
