Regeneration Manager urgently required for Derby Local Authority to lead on the planning and delivery of major regeneration developments.

To project manage key projects within the post holders portfolio

OVERALL PURPOSE:

The key focus for this appointment is

1. The delivery of infrastructure at Infinity Park Derby

2. Management of the relevant budgets and external funding (Local Growth Fund)
3. Assisting with the servicing of enquiries from potential occupiers (in close liaison with developer partners)

THE PROJECTS:

Completion of remaining infrastructure works on the T12 Phase 1 access road. This is the main access road to the site that was opened in July 2016

Manage the contract for T12 Phase 2 (Due to start on site 30 October) in close liaison with the Councils Engineering Design department

Manage the contract for Victory Road realignment (on site, practical completion April 2018)

Procure a design and build service for the delivery of further highway infrastructure and realignment of a brook to open up development land

Liaise with Highways England to ensure signage for Infinity Park Derby is installed on the A50.

Evaluation and progression of opportunities for speculative development

Liaison with the University of Derby to progress development associated with Science Park status

Liaison with Rolls-Royce on the development of their Aerospace Campus
