The Client:

This Luxurious and unique Wedding venue located in the beautiful countryside of Newmarket is looking for an experienced Banqueting CDP to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Banqueting Chef to progress their career within a prestigious company. As Banqueting Chef you will be able to demonstrate banqueting experience and have a flair and originality to bring to the team. Applicants must have previous relevant banqueting experience at this level and enjoy working with fresh ingredients. All of the kitchens are modern and fully equipped and there is a strong banqueting brigade of 10 chefs.

The Role:

As banqueting CDP within this quality wedding venue you will work closely with the head and sous chefs in maintaining the already high standards of this operation, the chosen chef de partie must come from a good wedding, hotel or corporate background and be used to dealing with cooking to high numbers in a diverse environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in banqueting as well as restaurant operations.
