£20-24K Executive Search/Resourcer in Brighton

This is a highly profitable organisation and guess what? they are expanding their team again on the Search and Selection side and they are now looking for a Search and Selection Resourcer to work for their highest biller.

Your day will consist of finding candidates and qualifying them before pitching to the account manager. As the Search and Selection Recruitment Consultant, you will be running adverts, headhunting on Linkedin and of course checking job boards

A background in resourcing candidates using a variety of mediums from Headhunting on Linkedin to placing effective adverts is required. Also, you will be required to sell your qualified candidate to the Account Manager, so they can then go on to place your candidate.

If you are a Recruitment Consultant who loves the candidate piece and not the client piece then this role is for you.
