Mediplacements are recruiting for a Deputy Chief Pharmacist to cover a Locum assignment for a large NHS client in the Hampshire area.

You will be required to assist in the provision and development of leading-edge clinical pharmacy services for inpatients on the wards by delivering a highly specialist clinical pharmacy and medicine management service to designated community hospitals, mental health wards and community health services. Support and provide medicines optimisation to promote best pharmaceutical outcomes for patients in community hospitals, mental health and related settings across the Trust.

Ideally you will hold a Postgraduate qualification in clinical pharmacy along with 3 years post registration experience in a hospital covering Clinical wards.

It is essential that you hold UK GPhC registration.
