Credit Hire Claims Handler to £24,000 + benefits
Tonbridge, Kent
Expanding specialist Motor Insurance Credit Hire team of a well known and rapidly expanding specialist Insurance group.
Handling all aspects credit hire claims to settlement, to ensure a timely and cost effective service
Reviewing case history; assessing liability, quantum.
Assessing witness evidence, and collating information
Managing all aspects of Third Party Vehicle Damage and Third Party Property Damage claims
Corresponding with third parties, solicitors, third party insurers, accident management companies etc.
Maintaining accurate case-note records
Skills and experience required:
2 years + current/recent Motor Insurance Credit Hire Claims experience
Good knowledge of ABI GTA guidelines
Good understanding of FCA requirements, including TCF
Good knowledge of credit hire case law
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A great working environment. Monday to Friday working. 37.5 hour week between the hours of 8 am to 6 pm.
