Care Home Manager/Nursing Home Manager

I am currently working with a leading provider within the health and social care sector who provide high quality nursing and residential care across the country. They are looking for a driven nursing home manager to join their team in Mansfield to manage a large beautiful nursing home that offers nursing and residential care to elderly residents and those with dementia positioned in an upmarket area of Mansfield.

As a Home Manager you will oversee all aspects of the day to day running of this stunning home. You will therefore need to enjoy being autonomous within the role. You'll not only have a flair for business and the drive to make a commercial success of the home, but also be equally committed to creating a nurturing environment for your residents and for your staff. Managers lead with authority, passion and compassion.

The successful candidate will need to be:

Nurse qualified- RGN or RMN.
Previous nursing home management experience
Relevant qualifications
Knowledge of elderly and dementia care
Good understanding of CQC and regulations and ability of maintaining a high quality level of care and service within a care home.
Strong leadership and staff management skills.

Price / Salary: £50000/annum
