The Project Support Coordinator is responsible for organizing the working day of the Engineers to attend appointments and achieve the daily delivery of customer service in line with the agreed SLAs and by maximising the efficiency of the service delivery, ensure they are achieved in a safe, efficient, and customer focused manner
Duties
Issuing and requesting work in areas that we are low with work this needs to be checked daily
Uploading new jobs to the system, contacting Customers to arrange access to being able to carry out the work
Routing the Engineers work for the following days/week
Monitor work a start to finish process, update the system throughout the workflow
Maintain contact with engineers throughout the day, ensuring any failed installs or on hold installs are accounted for
Avoid potential work failures by liaison with client Customers
Develop effective relationships with Area Managers ensuring an effective service to both internal and external customers.
Answer and action any queries and or requests received from the client
Data inputting
Ensure all jobs are accounted for and updates are received by the end of the day
Promote H&S standards ensuring compliance with statutory and company requirements.
Receiving drawing from Engineers, these are to be checked and drawn electronically on the system and fill out the relevant information
Undertake any other duties commensurate with this position
Reporting directly into the Project Support Manager and picking up any other tasks where required
The successful candidate will be highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proven track record of working in a fast paced office environment is essential for this role
Price / Salary: £19000 - £20000/annum
