Role: National Account Manager
Location: Northamptonshire
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

A fresh produce company with an excellent reputation for having a positive company culture and exceeding in profitable returns are now looking to expand on their commercial team. They require a new national account manager to come in and deal with the pricing, category data and customer relationships alongside account management.

The ideal candidate will have national account management experience of both smaller retailers and discounter accounts within fresh produce. This role will not only involve day-to-day account management but reporting category data for insight and also being one of the main points of contact for customers. This customer relationship will need to be managed and upheld whilst simultaneously promoting growth via sales.

In order to maximise the potential of the product categories and the accounts we need candidates to be competent in communication, personable and motivated to build on their existing account management experience. You will also need to demonstrate excellent time management and organisational competencies. As aforementioned we are looking for people with previous experience with either major retailers or preferably discounters in the fresh produce industry.

This package includes a generous basic and performance driven bonus.
