An exciting opportunity to work with a premium house builder who have sites across Norfolk has arisen. The company is looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager on a temp to permanent basis with previous residential or commercial experience to join their ever-growing team. This company works on high-end projects all over East Anglia and as such need an additional Assistant Site Manager on a site that consists of 30+ new build, traditional residential units

You will be a confident Assistant Site Manager with plenty of experience managing others as well as having either high volume of bespoke house build experience. You will also have exemplary health & safety knowledge along with SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid as a minimum.

Key Skills

Previous Assistant Site Management experience is essential
Proven track record in successfully managing a project
Leadership skills
Commercially aware with excellent organisational skills
Excellent communication skills and customer focussed
Literate and numerate with good IT Skills
Self-motivated and ambitious
