Parts Sales Manager (International Commercial Automotive company)

Salary up to £30k per annum basic + 105 company bonus + Additional OTE bonus + Car & fuel Car Provided

Permanent Position

Job Description:

To sell HGV/PSV Parts to prospective as well as current customers and increase customer loyalty and market penetration. Support the branch to sell services to existing and prospective customers.

Responsibilities:

* Maximise sales of Parts and All-Makes products to customers.
* Identifying and analyse customer spend vs potential and agree action plans.
* Generate your own weekly meeting schedule and monthly standardised visit reports.
* You will be responsible for driving parts sales, maintaining excellent customer relationships and identifying and developing lasting relationships with new customers.
* Work closely with regional and branch staff to assist in developing and implementing local sales and marketing activity programmes.
* Maintaining your own product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity.
* Actively pursue lapsed customers.
* Actively support the implementation of UK projects and sales focused programs.
* Support the branch management to improve customer loyalty, sales penetration and aftersales turnover.
* Being a representative and ambassador of the brand.

Desired Skills and Experience:

* Experience in automotive retail business.
* Communication on different levels of business.
* Proactively selling in a commercial environment.
* Valid work permit.

* Good parts market knowledge.
* Understanding of parts sales and retail operations.
* Customer focus and good interpersonal skills.
* Highly self-motivated 'can do' attitude.
* Ability and willingness to take ownership of any issues relating to the department.
* Ability to work on own initiative.
