Technical Manager - Brentford
Our client is a specialist in luxury and private homes. If you are looking to work for a well-known work winning company who has consistent projects in the region this opportunity could be perfect for you.
They require a Technical Manager to provide leadership and management to their design process.
You need to be a switched-on individual who is keen to be part of a team moving, who can work autonomously and lead. Ideally you will have been experienced within the industrial sector
The project has 2 stages of development, the residential phases is delivering a mix of private and affordable rental units.

Requirements

* Structural, civil engineering or architectural background
* You need to have proven experience with a main contractor
* Have a good knowledge of various forms of contract.
* You need to be confident in identifying the customers needs and ensuring delivery.
* Must have a deep understanding of residential schemes, circa 500 units +
* Experience with concrete frames.
* Experienced in leading tenders and bids.
* Have working knowledge of best practice solutions
