Our client is one of the UK's leading contractors known for landmark projects across all sectors of construction and civil engineering whilst operating globally.

They are looking for a Freelance Environmental Advisor to join them on a Major Civils Project based in the South West of England.

Your typical responsibilities within the role will involve working to meet the requirements of ISO 14001:2015. You will assist in the review of environmental management plans; risk assessments, methods statements, production of internal and external reports and monitoring/ analysing reports of environmental performances.

Your previous experience in managing ecology/ biodiversity/ waste and contaminated land will assist you immensely in your environmental inspections/audits and preventing habitat pollution/ incidents.

Successful candidates will have a full driving license, degree in an appropriate environmental discipline and previous experience within the construction industry.

Price / Salary: £20 - £22.90/hour
