Sunday - Thursday (Nights - 10:00pm - 06:00am)

Are you a Quality Manager from a Food background looking for an immediately available, night shift, 3 month contract role with one of the UK's leading food manufacturing groups with multiple sites throughout the UK and presence through Europe?

My client is a leading food manufacturing company that turnover in excess of £320 million in the UK alone and employ over 3000 throughout the country that specialise in Bakery products.

Due to on-going requirements and a full-order book my client is looking for a Quality Manager who is happy to work nights from a food manufacturing background who can supervise and develop the performance of the QA teams and other teams throughout the site.

This is a brilliant role for a Quality Manager from a food background who is wanting an immediately available, 3 month, nights based contract role where you will manage the day to day activities of the business unit quality functions and take responsibility for the floor quality activities as met by the QA team.

The Role:

*Ensuring compliance with Food Safety, Legality & Quality Systems
*Ensure Quality system documentation is audited and correctly achieved
*Assist with customer visits and third-party audits and to actively support the Site Technical Manager, Customer Technical Manager, Compliance Manager and other persons within the Technical team.

The Person:

*Quality Manager with working knowledge of relative legislative criteria & industry standards for food production
*Ability to assimilate information rapidly and take decisions relating to food safety, legality within the business unit.
*Happy with a 3 month rolling, nights based contract role where you will work Sunday - Thursday (Nights - 10:00pm - 06:00am)
