An experienced Customer Care Manager is required for an award winning Developer to cover both Devon & Cornwall regions, managing an experienced Customer Care team. Working in partnership with the site teams the roe will be varied and include inspections and surveys of properties during a defect period, understanding the reason for the defect and agreeing a solution to move forward.

The role:
Liaise and work with Site Manager and sub-contractors to identify, review and solve defects
Arrange and attend site meetings with operatives to update internal schedules and update any contract charges
Customer Care administration and report weekly to the Construction Director.

Suitable candidates will have experience in a similar role, ideally house building with construction knowledge and have done the inspection & surveying side of the role. Strong negotiation skill is a must and knowledge of contract law for properties and dispute is advantageous. A full driving license will be essential as sites will be across the South West.
