Internal Business Development Manager

Location: Dartford, Kent

Salary: £22,000 with a Y1 OTE of £29,000 (uncapped), Y2 £35,000 +

Audio Visual/ AV Manufacturer/Distributer Client:

My client is a leading distributor and manufacturer within the audio visual sector. As a distributer my client brings some of the most innovative products to the market and has their own product range of interactive screens for which they are the sole distributer.

My client was recently ranked within the top 100 British companies with the fastest growing profit. Established over 40 years ago my client continues to grow within the industry.

Audio Visual (AV) Internal UK New Business Role:

My client requires a highly motivated individual to join their internal new business team for the UK market. The role will involve outbound sales calls to dormant accounts and new leads to asses their needs and matching to my clients product ranges.

Longer term the role will involve receiving enquiries from the developed customer base and require consultative selling of a technical nature requiring good attention to detail.

Requirements for the Audio Visual (AV) Internal Sales Candidate:

Telephone sales
B2B sales experience
Proven Sales History

Package available for the Audio Visual (AV) Internal Sales Role:

In return my client is offering a package consisting of a basic salary of £22,000 in the first year the achievable OTE will be £29,000 (uncapped) and in the second year the OTE will be £35,000+.

My client offers a workplace pension scheme with death in service, 26 days holiday plus bank holidays (3-4 days to be taken at Christmas). Working hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
