We are looking for Project Manager to join this industry leading organisation.The Transformation team is a newly created centralised function that leads on change (Business and IT) projects across the entire business. At the centre of this are the Project Managers who lead the delivery of projects to ensure successful delivery of the change agenda through the definition, design and delivery of a change project. Working on high level projects this is an opportunity to work in partnership with the business, finance, IT, and wider Group functions to understand their requirements for change and support their delivery.

As the Transformation Project Manager you will be responsible for leading or being the subject matter expert for the people aspects of change, whether its operational transformation, cultural change or IT driven change.

You will:
? Develop strong internal relationships up to director level across the group
? Bring thought leadership to influence how we do change
? Working with the various Opcos you will influence, engage and drive the agenda for change
? Ensure that we have a great engagement plan, delivery mechanism so that changes are embedded and benefits are realised
? Drive effective project mobilisation, delivery on time and budget
? Maintain alignment between business drivers and project activity
? Project/Programme Reporting on benefits at monthly steering group

To become Transformation Project Manager you will need:
? Deep knowledge and skills in People, change & Organisation approaches
? Influencing and stakeholder engagement skills, including senior stakeholders (across all areas of a business)
? Ability to work independently and lead projects or large streams of work
? Communication skills to facilitate small to large sized workshops or meetings
? Proven commercial experience of delivering change projects on time and on budget
? Experience managing, coaching and mentoring people
? Have experience of working with Project Management methodologies such as Prince 2, Lean/TPM/Six Sigma
? Ability to build and sustain internal relationships
? Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
