Our friendly clients have just opened shop in the Cramlington Area, and are thrilled to present the opportunity for a Contact Centre Team Leader to steer their brand new customer services team in the right direction. Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 + OTE!
Working with a small team of 5 Customer Service Agents, your responsibilities will include:
- The daily leadership, motivation and management of a small team of outbound contact centre advisors/appointment bookers
- Training and coaching your outbound team, instilling in them the confidence to hit daily targets
- Ensuring all web leads are picked up efficiently, that customers are contacted as expected and positive appointments are subsequently booked
- Boost customer service stats and profitability by identifying and implementing key performance indicators
- Call and CRM monitoring ensuring that both outlets are being used correctly
- Collating stats in support of staff 121s, ensuring both sales and quality are being fulfilled
- Leading by example; handling both outgoing and incoming calls to ensure all customer queries are satisfied efficiently
- Handling any customer complaints/escalations
- Staff scheduling, allowing for sufficient cover throughout routine/peak periods
This brand new venture is set for a busy first quarter, so the role is certainly not one for the faint hearted! In joining the company, you will receive regular support from the Head of Marketing and the Managing Director, quickly becoming an industry expert and a go to point of contact for your surrounding team.
Our clients are searching for an expert Team Leader with prior focus on the outbound or lead generation function. They pride themselves on their high standards of customer service; so while sales targets must be upheld, it is important that customer focus is not left by the wayside. Confident communication skills are a must, as is your open door approach toward management, and your willingness to get involved at all levels to ensure the smooth running of this busy department.
Shift patterns for this role will unfold on a fortnightly basis, week one shifts being 8:00am - 4:30pm, week two 11:00am - 7:30pm. Benefits to you include monthly bonus incentives, free parking and a company pension scheme!
